Refund policy

If you are not happy we are not happy!

We have carefully selected every item in our store to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However we understand if for some reason you are not and we are more that happy to make it right. We offer a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund to the original method of payment or store Credit. Refunds to original method of payment can take up to 14 business days. 

Returns will not be accepted beyond 21 days of product delivery. Sale and preloved items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

To start a return, you will need to provide us with proof of purchase and contact us at orders@nascondinostore.com to get your return approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
